I have tried to give this company my business two different times. Because they are right around the corner from me literally.The last time I reach out to them for a quote on replacing my whole heating and air system. They never called back. If they are that busy a phone call would be appreciated at least to say hey we can't help you right now at this time.
They have always been very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They are a pleasure to work with and they really care about their clients. You can't beat Griffin!

We had them come out to look at our heating and air conditioning. We were told we would get a quote withing 24 hours. The tech came out on Wed last week and it is now Monday and we still have not received our quote. I tried calling before the weekend and was told we would still be getting our quote soon and we still have not heard back.UpdateThe tech Brennen pope reached out to me an apologized. He forwarded me a copy of the email he had sent but for whatever reason the original did not show up in my email. He advised this has been an issuie with their set getting out emails which is unfortunate but it happens. The quote I got was actually pretty reasonable for a full hvac upgrade.

Needed a 24 year unit replaced in home, called to get a quote done and scheduled appointment. They called back and said they can’t even come out and quote new unit replacement due to backlog (not even at later date). I guess that no one wants to work anymore, I get that finding people to work is hard, but if you are unable to provide service then maybe it time to change the way you do business. Maybe change your website to say not accepting new customers.

I've used these guys for both my furnace and AC unit...They have ALWAYS came through for me...I have an older AC unit that has needed different parts several times in 13 years..Technicians I've dealt with have been awesome..No upgrade comments...They just keeping her up running..

Last year, my AC unit broke, it was 20 years old. Griffin Heating and Air came right out, explained all my options, and had all new unit and furnace super quickly installed! Everyone I have dealt with here has been very polite, professional, and reliable!!! It is so hard to find great customer these days, and EVERYONE (From sales to techs to office staff) is awesome to deal with! Highly recommend this company!
James Griffin, of Griffin Heating and Air Conditioning: honest and reliable service. Mr. Griffin responds to emails and phone calls quickly at all times and was recently able to come and fix a problem within a very reasonable time. He also came out in the middle of a freezing cold Friday night one winter, and made sure that I had heating by the time he left. I respect his ability to diagnose a problem and then resolve it quickly and all within an affordable price range. I highly recommend this business. It's not easy to find honest, professional businesses these days. James Griffin is well worth recommending - very happy with his service and professionalism.
14 years ago I hired Griffin to install a new heat pump system into my home. I spent $6700 that included a great 10 year parts and labor warranty. After 14 years I have realized that Griffin doesn't want my business. Over the years I called them out several times for warranty repairs to the system they sold me. They were almost always slow to respond and frankly not respectful at all, sometimes downright rude. A few weeks ago I called them to give my heat pump some attention. After 2 weeks wait one of their techs come out and told me I needed a new system. I believed and trusted him and asked that he bill me for his diagnosis and have someone come and give me a quote. He said he would tell them. 2 days after the visit I got the bill for the diagnostics and paid it the next day. Meanwhile, I decided to get some competitive quotes. Luckily Home Advisor suggested a reputable company (not Griffin), who contacted me and came the next day. To my surprise he (not Griffin) said he could repair my system and repair it he did all in just a few days saving me thousands of dollars.Oh, I'm still waiting for someone from Griffin to contact me to provide the new system estimate. Thanks but no thanks Griffin you're not welcome at my house anymore.

My daughter had a Trane that was 14 years old and both the inside and outside unit went bad. I referred her to Griffin because she needed someone she could finance a new unit with. They came right out and did a thorough inspection of what needed to be done, recommended what she needed and had the new unit promptly installed. Very fast, very friendly from the girl in the office to the guy who installed it. I am now recommending Griffin to my cousin who is in need of a new unit also. Thank you Griffin for being an outstanding company!

Purchased my home last August and it came with a programmable thermostat. A week ago an alarm went off saying 'service'. My fiancee called these folks and set up an appointment to check out the system. Trent, the technician, was on time (always a good thing) and courteous. He performed a maintenance check on the entire system, as agreed upon beforehand, and gave the all clear. The system was indeed just reminding about a service call. The thing is though, Trent looked at the thermostat and took the time to explain it to me in laymen's terms (the manual is written more for a tech than the average Joe). Received excellent service without the hassle of "well, you need this or that". Everything was explained clearly. He spent over an hour making sure the system tune up was done properly. We also discussed simpler options for a thermostat and he explained the benefit of a service contract without pressure to buy anything. This is the kind of business that is not often done all the time, and this company has just gained a new client. Thanks
As a builder I had used another HVAC contractor for almost 20 years. When they retired and closed up shop I was at a loss for who to call when I needed a service call for one of my own units. I was pretty concerned because the problem was a little unique. Griffin came, correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a reasonable time frame. In chatting with the technician he told me how much he enjoyed working for Griffin. In my mind that speaks well for the company as a whole.
Excellent all around! I called Griffin yesterday after being told from several other places it would be over a week before our A/C could be fixed. They came right out the same day, fixed our system for far less than I expected it to cost and my family was nice and cool all night. Thanks Suzette and Adrian who I worked with! I am very grateful for the excellent service Griffin provided for my old unit. She is on her last leg, but Griffin pulled her from the ashes to keep me warm this winter.
