Impressed with Customer Service and Quick Response for Heat Pump Repair
Heating and cooling comfort care is what Griffin Heating and Cooling is all about! The thing that was best for me was their customer service. I was impressed with their quick response when my heat pump was not working and my air temperature was at 95 degrees in the house. They rescued me and my family for real! I have told my husband he is no longer allowed to play do-it-yourself when it comes to the heating and air comfort of our home – that is forever Griffin’s responsibility! Thanks for being the best at being my indoor comfort guardian!
Fair Prices, Great System Engineering, and an Excellent Crew
A great company to work with! Fair prices, great system engineering, and an excellent crew. I put a major challenge to Griffin to find a way to come up with a new hot water heating and HVAC system that would free up more room in the attic for a new room. We also wanted to get better control of the air flow through the house and a quieter condenser outside in our backyard so that we could enjoy our new deck. Challenge accomplished on all fronts and the quality of work and detail to attention was outstanding! Hot water heater moved from the attic to the outside (tankless), and the new Carrier Infinity system allowed them to reposition the duct work in the attic and the main unit to make much more space for the expansion. The new system is nearly silent, much better flow throughout the 3 zones in the house, and my energy bill has been nearly cut by at least 1/3 to 1/2! The price at the end was exactly what was quoted, and I know that they put more work into the project than initially projected.

Grateful for Excellent Service
I am very grateful for the excellent service Griffin provided for my old unit. She is on her last leg, but Griffin pulled her from the ashes to keep me warm this winter. They are professional, timely, understanding, and honest – characteristics that are hard to come by these days. I can’t thank them enough for their service!
