“After speaking to Andy on the phone, he arrived right when he said he would, from the handshake introduction and greeting on the porch I was impressed. He was very polite, well dressed, clean. After showing him the heat pump he went to work, found our problem very quick, he discussed it with me, gave me a price and fixed it. I also had him to wash the outside and inside coils at my request while he was here. When he washed the coils in the house and was ready to leave couldn’t even tell he had been in the house working, he wore shoe covers when inside. I was totally impressed. I will recommend Griffin Heating & Air Conditioning any chance I get. Thank You Griffin heating and Air Conditioning.”

Patricia gets a sched set quick and I dont have to worry about it. Have had several diff service personnel come and all of them have been very knowledgeable and make sure my system is up and running. They also dont try and get me to buy things or pay for stuff I dont need. Thats big to me cause other companies can come in and tell u how much more expense u have to add to get your air or heat workin. This crew doesnt do that and thats why I have stayed with them for years.”

“Yesterday morning I got up to a cold house It was 56 degrees and I am a cold natured person to begin with. I was freezing !! I called the office and Patricia said they would get to me ASAP. This morning Dante came and figured out my problem. He got the parts I needed and made another trip to install it. He was a blessing to me He was very kind, polite and helpful. I appreciate all that they did for me today. I know it is hard to schedule all the calls they get even day but Patricia was super helpful too Now I am getting warmer by the hour.
