“I thought the unit needed some sort of maintenance because the temp in the house was above normal in the afternoon so i call Griffin because they installed the unit. Dante showed up and went right to work after he introduced himself. After he did a thorough check on the unit he checked the inside. From my point of view he was very professional and courteous .He gave me the results which was there were no problems with the unit.Best experience I've had with a service man. Thanx Dante.”

“I am a property manager for a group home in Statesville. The air stopped working in the group home in the late evening of Sat., May 12th. I called Griffin and requested emergency services as there are several individuals at the group home that are oxygen dependent at night and the heat is a negative health factor. DANTE came to the rescue!! He had already been working several other calls that day but stated that he would try his best to help. Dante did just that. “Sunday morningwith temps going into the 90s my ac was blowing at 80 degrees Dante showed up and was one of the most professional and knowledgeable techs i have ever met ! He first thought we had a blockage in the system but after serching deeper he traced it back to a broken wire in the thermostat, after fixing the wire the icing up started melting immediately and started blowing cold. His honesty and understanding of the system is not something you see now days. I highly recomend your company to everyone . Thanks Dante well done!”
