“Yesterday morning I got up to a cold house It was 56 degrees and I am a cold natured person to begin with. I was freezing !! I called the office and Patricia said they would get to me ASAP. This morning Dante came and figured out my problem. He got the parts I needed and made another trip to install it. He was a blessing to me He was very kind, polite and helpful. I appreciate all that they did for me today. I know it is hard to schedule all the calls they get even day but Patricia was super helpful too Now I am getting warmer by the hour. Thank you to the staff at Griffin Heating and Cooling. I have been a loyal customer since 1982 and they have never let me down Highly recommend them !!!”
