“Extremely happy with G H/A. Been using them for years in Statesville to maintain 3 units in my home. If there is a need or big issue I just call in and it gets done. Patricia gets a sched set quick and I dont have to worry about it. Have had several diff service personnel come and all of them have been very knowledgeable and make sure my system is up and running. They also dont try and get me to buy things or pay for stuff I dont need. Thats big to me cause other companies can come in and tell u how much more expense u have to add to get your air or heat workin. This crew doesnt do that and thats why I have stayed with them for years.”
